Your tote is selected completely at random from the stock available at the time your order is packed.

There are no colour, print or design choices with this offer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept requests such as “no pink”, “I’d like the blue one” or “can I have the one in the photograph?” — otherwise it wouldn’t be a Lucky Dip! 💗

Purchasing a Lucky Dip means the design itself being a surprise is not an error with your order. Receiving a different colour or print from those pictured does not mean you have received the wrong Lucky Dip, provided the item supplied matches this product description.

However, nothing in this listing affects your statutory consumer rights. Online customers have applicable cancellation and return rights, and faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods will be dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law and our Returns Policy.
