A Happy Hump Day from me....

Today I would like to introduce you to our lovely Alex. Alex is one of the lovely faces you will see if you have visited our store in Bridgnorth. I use the term employee loosely when describing Alex as she is the heart and soul of our store. She loves the brand as if its her own and we are forever grateful for the love and passion she has. 

I decided to do a little interview with Alex, and here is what she had to say about The Perfume Laboratory. 

How long have you worked at TPL and why did you want to work here?

I have worked at TPL since June this year. My background is in education, having worked in a school for nearly 30 years. I love meeting new people so working at TPL is perfect. I love hearing all our store visitors stories and what they love about our products. Feedback is key, so being able to talk to customers on a daily basis is so important for me. 

There are so many perfume and home fragrance brands in the market why should TPL be on the top of customers lists?

We create standout scents using the best natural ingredients sourced from the UK. Our perfumes are modern and long lasting. They are handmade with love and best of all they are vegan and cruelty free.  

What are your favourite TPL products?

I have sensitive skin but I find the lotions work beautifully for me. They smell gorgeous too. My hubby and I also find the Coal soap to be super for our skin. We both noticed a difference in the softness of our skin once we starting using it. What we'd say is don't be put of by the colour! My absolute favourite candle so far is the pastel pink Rhubarb, Ginger & Gin. It looks and smells amazing.

We’re heading into Autumn, what products do you have that best suit this season?

The nights are getting darker and colder and what can be any nicer than your home smelling of a beautiful TPL candle. You instantly feel warmth and the wonderful crackle sound is like an open fire. We are working on some exclusive seasonal products for the coming season that will make the perfect gifts whether for yourself or your loved ones. 

Lasty, what perfume scent best describes your personability and why?

No. 11 perfume. Inspired by Jo Malone English Pear and Freesia. It is a fresh, fruity, floral fragrance. I like to think of myself as an  approachable, light hearted and happy person. So this fragrance definitely fits my personality.
